You've asked, we've answered. Our Girlfriend's Guides are always popular, but we've never devoted an entire morning to honest mama conversation about just pregnancy. Want to know how other mothers handled morning sickness, pregnancy exhaustion and anxiety about birth? Concerned about juggling pregnancy with a toddler in tow? Wondering about how to truly prepare for a baby? Worried about your constantly changing body? Our seasoned mothers will share their experiences and offer perspective based on hindsight. Ask questions the morning of or submit questions beforehand. You will help guide the conversation based on "all the things you always wanted to know" about pregnancy!
Our morning will conclude, as always, with our small groups on Pregnancy/Birth, Infancy, & Parenting.
Due to insurance reasons children over 1 are not allowed in the building. Childcare for ages 1-4 is FREE of charge. Childcare slots are limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Childcare reservations can be made by e-mailing childcare@themotherhoodcollective.org with the following information:
Mother's full name/contact phone number/e-mail address
Child's full name
Child's Age
List any allergies or list "none"
First time in childcare: yes or no
Reservations will be secured in the order that they are received. Once childcare for the event is full, reservation requests will be added to the wait list and mother will be informed if a slot becomes available. Thank you.
