Sleep is crucial for brain development and health! Often we spend our earliest days of motherhood in search of sleep and healthy routines for our infants. As our children grow, sleep continues to play an important role in our schedules and habits. How much sleep is best? What is sleep training? Do specialized sleep training methods work? We will talk about healthy attachment, how to sift through all the advice and how to find the rhythms and practices that best fit your family.
Due to insurance reasons, children over 1 are not allowed in the building. Childcare registration, for ages 1-4 is FREE of charge and available below. Childcare slots are limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis.
