Mamas, when was the last time you took some "me" time? It's easier said than done, we know! It's important to take care of yourself so you have the energy to take care of others. We will discuss establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries for moms, how to use time hacks to find pockets of time, and the importance of self-care. Don't forget, we offer free childcare, so our Cafe Express is a great place to practice getting in some "me" time!

Due to insurance reasons children over 1 are not allowed in the building. Childcare registration for ages 1-4 is FREE of charge.

Reservations can be made by e-mailing childcare@themotherhoodcollective.org with the following information.

First time in child care (yes or no)
Please list any allergies child may have or list no allergies.

Reservations will be accepted in the order they are received. Once childcare is full, requests for childcare will be placed on waiting list and you will be informed if a spot becomes available. Thank you!
