The Café Express supports women through educational round table discussions. With a focus on working and single mothers, this group acknowledges the unique joys and struggles these women face from preconception - postpartum.

What tests and treatments can you expect for your baby post delivery and what are they for? Do you have a choice and can you say no? Come educate yourself on your options and grow in knowledge so you can feel confident in your decision whether you choose all the tests, some or none.

Our morning will conclude, as always, with our small groups on Pregnancy/Birth, Infancy, Breastfeeding & Parenting.

Due to insurance reasons children over 1 are not allowed in the building. Childcare registration, for ages 1-4 is FREE of charge and available below. Childcare slots are limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis.
