Come find out how you and baby (or toddler) could benefit from babywearing! We'll cover the basics of different styles of carries (wraps, slings, mei tais, and soft structured carriers). After a brief time of instruction you'll have the opportunity to try carriers on and ask questions. There will be examples of many styles and brands.

Putting aside the assumption that motherhood and work cannot coexist. Our Cafe Express seeks to offer education and support to those choosing and/or required to work outside the home or simply those with busy weeks and to whom Saturday's are more attractive.
